"You're worth it. You can do it. Go for it. Live your dreams. If you want something, go get it. Worth every second to invest in yourself. You deserve it," she encouraged.
My sister made a decision last year to try a new program for weight loss. She's struggled with her weight since she was 13 and always felt "ick".
She called. She tried it and she had to follow through. She had to change her thinking, replacing negative statements about herself with positive. She had to change her food choices and stick to the routine of specific meals and drops. She had to check in with a coach each week. She had to do it and keep doing it.

Jeneen is so much happier with herself and is already starting to set new goals. She plans to start training to run a half marathon. I am proud of her, as are all of us. She has decided to never be fat again and has already started to inspire others along the same journey. If you are interested, the program is www.breakthroughm2.com

Awesome Leighann. Great job at taking so much information and narrowing it down.
