Some last longer than others
It can be the bursting forth
of new life and cool breezes
to awaken our souls and
call us to come outside
venture deeper and deeper
to explore more, or
the biting winds of winter
frosted over windows and
wood stoves to call us inside
The heat of summer and warm,
washing, water falling from heaven
or the dance of leaves in the fall
No matter what season
it sends us forward to forage
for what we need to live, but
also so we can thrive
Seasons change, but so do
you and I
STOP!
